I was a top level cat 3, 2 top 6 placings from a cat 2, when I turned Vet in 1988. I raced for a team thereafter while living in Europe. When I returned to racing a few years back, I was told they had lost all my records so I asked they at least start me as a 4. I didn't realize there is no reasonable way for a Master to upgrade.
